The Identify Group's recruitment brands are all specialists in executing executive and retained search, contingent and contract talent strategies.


Currently operating five brands, our first office opened in 2005 in the UK. This was followed in 2008 by the conclusion of a brand licensing agreement with Kineticom (the US industry leader) to enable our subsidiary Kineticom Ltd to operate in the UK and EMEA Markets. In 2011, Kineticom Ltd was rebranded and relaunched as Identify Networks.


At the beginning of 2009 the group expanded with the acquisition of Malikshaw and the creation of Identify Executives, a specialist search & selection business.


Our multi-brand approach allows us to deliver innovative talent solutions to a broader marketplace that requires niche talent. Our approach also allows us to provide tailored services across our client's business, whilst remaining specialist in each brand's core market
